8. Fund of the Committee

(1) The Committee shall have a separate fund and the following amounts shall be in that fund:-

(a) Funds received from the Government of Nepal.
(b) amount provided by way of donation or assistance by any person or organization.
(c) Funds received from international associations, organizations, foreign governments or agencies (d) Amount received for any service provided by the Committee.
(e) Funds received by the committee from related village development committee, district development committee or other bodies.
(f) The amount determined by the committee out of the amount offered by devotees to Halesi Mahadev's temple.
(g) Funds received from other sources.

(2) Before receiving funds under clause (c) of sub-section (1), the committee shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal.
(3) The funds remaining in the funds of the committee should be deposited in a bank account in Nepal.
(4) All expenses incurred in the name of the committee shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(5) The account of the committee shall be operated by the joint signature of the member-secretary and the chairman or the member appointed by him.
